Newey & Eyre rewards loyal customers

The fantastic ‘us2u’ loyalty scheme, which rewards Newey & Eyre customers with one bonus point for every £80 they spend, is proving massively popular with contractors and installers alike – with in excess of 3,200 rewards having already been issued.

First introduced in February last year, the promotion saw thousands of customers from Newey & Eyre’s 173 nationwide branches sign up to take part by collecting their points to be redeemed against an extensive array of rewards at any time. During the first 12 months of the promotion alone, customers claimed over 3,200 rewards, among the most popular of which were i-pods, tom-toms and portable dvd players.

Now back for a second year due to popular demand, the leading electrical wholesaler has now added an even more incredible line up of ‘us2u’ rewards than before. In response to customer feedback, latest additions include Talksport digital radios, Apple i-pod touches, widescreen high-definition TVs and cottage breaks throughout the UK and Europe, to name but a few.

Luke Biddle, marketing manager at Newey & Eyre says: “Loyalty has always played a vital part of our business which is why we are so pleased with the success of ‘us2u’, which allows us to keep giving back to our valued customers. Having re-launched the promotion for another year, with an even better range of quality rewards up for grabs, we have already received an incredible 1,000 sign ups and look forward to seeing even more customers taking part. As always, everyone is welcome to pop into their nearest branch for further information.”

Newey & Eyre’s latest loyalty scheme underlines its commitment to offering customers an unbeatable local service, nationwide. With over 20,000 product lines in stock at any one time, Newey & Eyre holds more major brands than any other electrical wholesaler. The company is also well known for its specialist expertise and ability to quickly source rare or unusual electrical items from around the world.
